Make your practice perfect with Clinic Staff Benefits for your team.

As a physician, you want to focus on the health of your patients. As a business owner, there's the added responsibility for the well-being of your business.

Take advantage of OMA Insurance group buying power

With the group buying power of Ontario’s physicians, we designed an affordable and sustainable group benefits plan through joining a not-for-profit buying group. This buying group is administered by The Beneplan Co-operative and distributes 100% of income generated from benefit plan surpluses. Beneplan’s pricing model and refund agreements have set the standard for group benefit arrangements in Canada.

Affordable. Flexible.

The plan is flexible so you get to choose the level of coverage and the cost-sharing arrangement that works for you and your staff. No medical evidence is required when an employee is eligible to join the plan.

Personalized Prescription Plan

This benefit is sometimes called "Pharmacogenomics" which is the study of how genes affect a person's response to drugs. This relatively new field allows labs to combine pharmacology and genomics to develop effective and safe medication dosages which are specific to an individual's DNA makeup.

Imagine you have an employee who's suffering from depression and they need to go on a psychotropic drug. Wouldn't it be great for the patient to know if they have the pathways to break down Prozac or Wellbutrin or Lexapro?

Compassionate Drug Assistance Program

As the number of Canadians prescribed very expensive medications continues to rise well above the rate of healthcare cost inflation, employees have complimentary access to a Drug Advocate, who specializes in navigating all sources of financial assistance to minimize the patient’s out-of-pocket expenses but also keeps certain high cost drugs from affecting the plan costs.

Pay-direct drug card is a fast and easy way for employees to submit claims for eligible prescription drugs directly at the pharmacy.
