Legal Services: The OMA offers legal counsel and support for General Practice issues, Regulatory issues, Contracts/Agreements, Incorporation, Corporate Renewal Service, and converting Medicine Professional Corporation upon retirement. These services are complimentary or available at a nominal charge. OMA Incorporation Service helps keep things simple without the expensive legal fees. The OMA will provide all the necessary paperwork and answer questions that arise during the process. The service is provided for a fee of $518.09*.
